Traditional Slovenian breakfast

On the Day of Slovenian Food, the 3rd Friday in November 2023 (https://slovenia.si/this-is-slovenia/slovenian-food-day-with-traditional-slovenian-breakfast-bread-for-breakfast-a-great-day), students from the Faculty of Education (https://www.pef.uni-lj.si/en/home-page/) in Ljubljana, organized a traditional Slovenian breakfast event, highlighting local products and sustainable food practices. The event focused on the importance of seasonality, reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable consumer behaviour. Erasmus exchange students at the Faculty of Education participated virtually, sharing traditional breakfasts from their home countries with Danish students at UCL (https://www.ucl.dk/international). This event fostered cultural exchange and emphasized the global importance of sustainable food practices.
